This Works Order enables the continuation of the technical partner support for the development of the RIS3 renewals case that was procured in April 2021 through the SPaTS2 framework. This Direct Award forms part of an agreed strategy for subsequent phases of work in Phase 2 as set out in the original tender. The tender indicated that further phases of work could be awarded through 2022, subject to the supplier's performance in the first phase of the project.
