The Supporting Wellbeing (SWIFt) projects have been running for 2 years as part of Time to Shine, managed by Leeds Older People's Forum and funded by Big Lottery to tackle loneliness and social isolation. The project was set up to test models which work in preventing loneliness in older people, with SWIFt particularly focussing on providing older people living with frailty additional support to improve their wellbeing and independence.
