Swainswick Primary School - Main Contractor

Bath & North East Somerset Council are seeking planning permission for a new two classroom building at Swainswick Primary School in Bath. The new building is to replace two existing temporary classrooms which following a thorough building survey have been classed with a red warning meaning 'serious or critical issues' exist. This is a condition led scheme whereby several options have been reviewed. The options were to refurbish existing, replace one or replace both classrooms.
