NHS Sutton CCG is seeking nursing home Providers to provide a total of 22 Intermediate Care Bed to Sutton CCG within the London borough of Sutton. Sutton CCG is seeking two or three Providers and each will provide a minimum of 5 Intermediate Care Beds. A maximum of 11 Intermediate Care Beds will be awarded per Provider. The Providers will work with the CCG and the Intermediate Care Community service (part of Sutton Community Health Service) to provide nursing care beds for individuals who require 24 hour supervision during their rehabilitation programme.
