Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor(s) to a Surface Treatments Framework Agreement (Framework). The work involved will Carriageway Retexturing; Joint Sealing; Micro Asphalt; Footway Slurry Seal; Asphalt Preservation and a top up contract for Surface Dressing associated with the maintenance of the Employers highway network.
