Supported Living Services in Devon

Devon County Council in partnership with the NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to contract with a number of providers to deliver Supported Living services across Devon. The Service will provide a range of community-based support services for people with a range of needs (including complex needs) to promote health, wellbeing and independence - and to deliver enabling, personal care, and tenancy related support.
