Support to Live at Home Fixed Framework

The Council is looking to establish a new five-year(if all extensions utilised) fixed framework contract for the provision of Support to Live at Home (STLAH) within the local authority area. The framework is to be established to provide social care funded packages of support to adults aged 18 and over, who meet the eligibility criteria. This includes adults who have assessed care and support needs associated with older age, physical and sensory impairment, mental illness, learning disability and for people living with dementia.
