This service is required, to provide services to offenders living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) requiring Substance Misuse services, including Activities in Custody, Out of Court Resolutions (Conditional Cautions/Community Resolutions) including a Drugs and Alcohol Education and Support Programme, and ProActive Vulnerability and Engagement (known as PAVE).
