Gentoo Group are embarking on a programme of works to enable structural appraisals of 25 high-rise residential tower blocks. The appraisals are required to demonstrate that the buildings are safe for occupation from structural collapse and fire spread as prescribed in the Building Safety Act 2022. In order to confirm this safe occupation, structural integrity and fire safety - an intrusive survey must be carried out to each high-rise block. The surveys will be required to various separate points of each of the 25 blocks, parts of the structure will be required to be exposed, sampled…
