Croydon Council is looking for a supplier to provide a new Street Outreach, Tenancy Sustainment and Resettlement Service aligns with Croydon’s Rough Sleeping and Homelessness. The street outreach, casework and move on services for people who are street homeless in Croydon, which together make up the Outreach Service.
