Street Lighting Column Structural Testing

The successful supplier will undertake a programme of structurally testing and inspecting the Council's Street Lighting Columns from a programme provided by the Council each year. The successful supplier must structurally test the columns using the "Loss of Section" method and either certify the columns as being structurally safe for a further stated period of time, or recommend that the column is removed immediately or when practicable.
