Southern Modular Building Framework 2024

The SMBF 24 is to deliver a range of services and units on diverse estates for varied purposes to any organisation, Annex 5 of the ITT pack, spending public monies which require the use of pre-fabricated modular units. Schools and colleges will be the primary site type envisioned but the scope of this framework may also include, but not limited to, offices, libraries, social services properties, police & fire stations, health services, and country parks.
