Soldier development: provision of Basic Training Instruction

Solider Development is an element of Basic Training (BT) embedded within the Common Military Syllabus (Future Soldier) (CMS (FS)) delivered by Soldier Academy HQ through ATC(P), ATR(W) and ITC(C).
