The work included in this contract is as follows: • The cleaning of internal communal areas in blocks of flats and sheltered and supported schemes owned by Soha. • The cleaning of communal windows, doors and external Pvcu cladding at its general needs blocks of flats and all windows (communal and individual flats), communal doors and external Pvcu cladding at our sheltered and extra schemes.
