Social Inclusion Services

Provision of community and accommodation-based housing related support to improve outcomes for vulnerable people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Services will provide flexible and responsive support to vulnerable people who are in need of support because they are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
