Social Impact Bond programme evaluation

We wish to invite bids from suitably qualified and experienced organisations/individuals to evaluate two separate programmes that are both funded using Social Impact Bonds (SIBs), as part of the Life Chances Fund (Social Impact Bonds - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)). The two programmes are: - The Big Fostering Partnership (BFP), which involves providing specialist fostering arrangements for children and young people previously living in residential care, to enable them to live and thrive in a family environment. - The Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS), which supports families, where drug/alc…
