Suppliers will work collaboratively with the Council and the other Suppliers on the framework to deliver innovative pavement treatment schemes on the Council's highway network with a construction value of up to approximately £150,000.00 per scheme. Blackpool Council are making this Framework accessible to all members of the Local Councils Roads Innovation Group (LCRIG - currently 55 local highway authorities - https://lcrig.org.uk/)
