The purpose of Skills Bootcamps is to provide tailored and flexible training courses for adults aged 19 or over in various sectors with evidenced skills gaps nationally or locally, such as Kent and Medway's creative sector, as well as agri-food, construction, retail, health and social care, and early years education.
