The Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA), in conjunction with the Bank of England and the Prudential Regulation Authority is establishing a framework agreement for suppliers to provide skilled person reports. The framework will be owned and managed by the Financial Conduct Authority with provision for it to be used by the Bank of England and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
