The North Kesteven District Council (the Council) wants to establish a Site Investigation Services Contract(s) for the provision of professional and technical Services within the district boundary of North Kesteven. The requirement is for the Contractor to provide variety of ad-hoc Services on sites owned by the Council and by the third parties to obtain a comprehensive understanding of a sites' viability for development, for example in terms of contamination and geology.
