The aim of this Grant is to provide a range of Targeted Services (Tier 2) Short Breaks to disabled children and young people and their families, by means of group activities in a variety of leisure and recreational settings. To provide a wider choice of fun, safe short breaks for disabled children and young people with Tier 2 level of needs, and support them to take part in activities of their choosing.
