The Authority intends to commission a single-supplier framework for Shared Lives management. The Provider will deliver a Shared Lives Scheme in Wolverhampton that will be provided to individuals assessed as needing care and support under the Care Act 2014 or Children Act 1989, who reside in the City of Wolverhampton. While Shared Lives is primarily designed for adults aged 18 and over, it can begin working with young people from age 16 as part of transitional planning into adult services.
