Sewell Street Development Project Works

Halton Housing has awarded a contract for the development of land. The Sewell Street development project includes the construction of 33 new build flats (16 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed) for affordable rent. This was a below threshold procurement based on the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication. Contracts Finder requires a tender closing date and time. For the purpose of the Contracts Finder form only, this has been entered as 02/08/2022 as this was the date before the contract was awarded. For clarity a tender process was not held.
