SEND & Social Care Transportation Framework

The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement ("the Framework") under which the Purchasers can procure hackney carriage, private hire vehicle services and bus & coach (public service vehicles). There will be no guarantee of work under the Framework, but the Purchasers envisage that they will make considerable use of the Framework throughout its lifetime.
