Self Care Prevention Programme, Training Development Project

To develop and deliver a 'change' training package that includes a series of multi-agency/audience training sessions. The purpose of the training package will be educating and supporting health and care professionals, employer representatives, practitioners of and people in receipt of health and social care services; to provide them with the skills to promote and engage in collaborative consultations with patients, professionals and communities on self care issues.
