Wigan Council require a sculptor for the off-site fabrication of artist designed play features comprising four sculptural comets. The comets are to be constructed of fire-resistant fibreglass and other materials as specified by the artist. During construction and prior to final installation a ROSPA safety inspection and health and safety appraisal will be undertaken with any design modifications incorporated prior to arrival on site.
