Scoping of Starter Homes Taskforce

The Contractor is required to work with five local authorities across England to identify their particular challenges and barriers to the delivery of the government's starter homes initiative and to work with them to build their capacity to overcome these challenges. The Contractor is required to use the lessons learned from their work with the five local authorities to make recommendations to DCLG on the role of a starter homes taskforce.
