The Sciencewise programme supports Government policy making around emerging technologies by engaging the public through the use of deliberative dialogue mechanisms to better understand their concerns and aspirations. It is the intention of BIS to deliver the programme through a Framework with 3 Lots. Through Lot 1, the successful bidder or bidders will support BIS in running the programme by providing dialogue expertise, including, but not necessarily limited to, all stages of the dialogue commissioning and delivery process.
