SCC Suicide Bereavement Support Services

The provision of support after a suspected suicide is critical to addressing suicide risk and improving the mental wellbeing of people who have been bereaved by suicide. Surrey has a well-established Real-Time Suicide Surveillance System which is led by Surrey Police. Surrey Police then refer the bereaved into this support service pathway.
