Safety Cameras provided by the Road Safety Partnership have been successful in reducing road casualties through deterring speeding and red light jumping. Much of the existing safety camera infrastructure in Surrey is the “Gatso” brand using old “wet” camera film technology. This infrastructure is becoming obsolete.
