Surrey County Council is seeking to procure a supplier to undertake the design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) of an extra care housing provision at 3 sites: Colebrook, Orchard Court and Birchlands. The 3 sites are anticipated to deliver in the region of 219 affordable housing units. The Procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation pursuant to regulation 29 of the Regulations.
