Following the following the successful outcome of the Pond Meadow Extra Care Housing tender, and in line with the Council's Accommodation with Care and Support Strategy, Surrey County Council is pleased to issue this Prior Information Notice to inform the market of four further sites for Extra Care Housing development and housing management: • Pinehurst • Brockhurst • Lakeside • Salisbury Road These sites will be presented to the market in a tender opportunity commencing early in 2022.
