Scape Procure Ltd (Scape) have established a framework agreement with a 4-year duration. Experienced contractors were invited to apply for one (1) of four (4) regions to undertake construction works and services as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes. Each region contains two (2) parallel Lots. Applications were welcomed from consortia, joint ventures etc. Such parties were required to form a single legal entity prior to contract award.
