SC240006 Abnormal Loads Procurement

This project is for the procurement of an Abnormal Loads Notification Processing System. When carrying an abnormal load, Hauliers are required to notify the police, highways, and bridge authorities regarding the movement of abnormal loads around the road network. The hauliers have historically notified the relevant parties using “Cascade’s Abhaulier system, “National Highway’s Esdal system” or via direct communication.
