There are a number of unique services availablefrom SAP: Technical Safeguarding during the build phase of the prototype to validate solution integration between the SAP suite of products + Direct access to the SAP Control centre and expertise + 24/7 on call support (Hypercare option) + Expertise in cloud integration aspects of SAP.
