Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary consultancy to prepare a Design Code for the Borough and for the consultant’s team to assist the Councils Planning Policy team in taking this through as a Supplementary Plan The team would be expected to comprise of, but not limited to, the following specialisms, urban design, planning, architecture, landscape, ecology, transport, heritage and consultation/event specialists.
