Salix Homes Ltd is an award winning social housing provider based in Salford, Greater Manchester. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 8500 properties. Salix Homes intends to procure and award a contract for mould eradication services, the scope of which includes diagnosis, treatment, redecoration and biocidal fogging of specified areas within properties.
