Support, Attend, Fulfil, Exceed (SAFE) is a schools-led response to serious youth violence, focused on providing earlier intervention in mainstream secondary schools. It is aligned with the expectations placed upon Schools, Academy trusts, governing bodies, and local authorities by the Working Together to Improve School Attendance guidance.
