Rough Sleeping Prevention Service Recommissioning of the Rough Sleeping Prevention Service (RSPS) funded by the Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Domestic Abuse Award from MHCLG. This is a key service in preventing rough sleeping and partner in the Rapid Rehousing Pathway.
