Rough Sleeping Prevention Service Recommissioning of the Rough Sleeping Prevention Service (RSPS) funded by the Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and Domestic Abuse Award from MHCLG. This is a key service in preventing rough sleeping and partner in the Rapid Rehousing Pathway. RSPS aims to reduce the number of people sleeping rough by working with clients to develop appropriate move-on plans which are achievable and sustainable.
