The London Borough of Hillingdon has awarded the contract to two providers one for each Lot for Rough Sleepers Services. The initial term of the contract is for two years with the option to extend for a further five years if grant funding is available. Tenderers were able to tender both Lots and there was an assessment described in 4.1 - Economic and Financial Standing. Each Lot was individually scored as set out in ITT.
