The work required consists of approximately 70 metres of stone pitching, with associated drainage and landscaping covering an overall area of around 700 square metres (the Works). The ground currently consists of a steep slope and erosion scar across SSSI heather moorland. The finished work should provide a sustainable path, in-keeping with the surrounding moorland, with landscaped and restored ground to the sides.
