Right to Buy Valuations

Kirklees require as part of the statutory process for Right To Buy disposals the provision of Red Book report valuations for each property application whether that be freehold or leasehold and subject to an inspection of each property. The Council require a supplier to provide a valuation service, being responsible for advising on any issues/concerns arising from that inspection and also have a good knowledge of the local housing market and of all types of defective housing types.
