An evaluation of the Retrofit West Scheme that looks at the impact and value for money of the Retrofit services on the supply and demand for domestic retrofit in the West of England region, as well as drawing lessons learnt from the implementation and delivery of Retrofit West (process evaluation) that could be fed into future decision making about funding in this area.
