The Association of North East Councils Limited Trading As the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works. NEPO envision a Framework Agreement which is flexible in its approach, offering comprehensive access to Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works either as a package solution via Lot 1 - Retrofit and Decarbonisation Partner; or via individual installers Lots 2-15.
