SCC owns a number of properties and assets which require ongoing reactive maintenance and repair. The number of properties that fall under this heading are showing in Annex 5- Asset List.xlsx. This requirement is being procured with the intention of achieving short, medium, and long term commercial efficiencies in respect of ongoing asset repair and maintenance for the Council.
