Regulation Index

This tender seeks proposals by which the successful supplier will co-design and deliver a global regulation index to be used by policy makers and regulators to effect positive change in regulation policy. The regulation index seeks to identify how well countries across the globe are using regulation as a lever for innovation, providing a scoreboard driven by key metrics.
