Recruitment Support

Defra needs to build capability to support their SCAH, Weybridge Critical Works & Operations and DgP programmes. This includes urgent and short-term specialist engineering and construction requirements as well as fixed term and permanent posts in engineering and construction. We require recruitment specialists who will work with the programmes to define the skills & roles required and deliver both short- and long-term solutions and to help the programmes build capability through targeted marketing, efficient, well managed campaigns and facilitated expedient on-boarding.
