West Lindsey District Council (the "Council") is looking to procure, pursuant to a competitive dialogue procurement process (Regulation 30 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, a suitably qualified partner organisation to regenerate and redevelop the site currently known as RAF Scampton (the "Site") The Council have commenced negotiations to acquire the site from the Ministry of Defence (the "MOD").
