NCC have identified a need for additional resource to support roofing repairs in Newcastle City Council housing stock. The contractor will be expected to work in a number of properties consecutively, ensuring that works are undertaken in accordance with the client specification. An agreed percentage of work will be pre inspected and post inspected.
