The primary objective of the Contract is to provide services that support Intermediate Care Services across County Durham. The Council requires a number of spot purchase beds that are spread across the County. The spot purchase of beds will be at a stated rate which is dependent on the type of service (bed functionality).The Provider Panel is to be made of multiple providers (on a non-exclusive basis).
